Hey there! I’m Frida—think of me as your bestie who's all about finding that sweet spot between feeling fabulous and living your best life. I’m a Swedish dietitian who swapped snow for the sunny beaches of San Diego, a proud mom of two amazing kids, and an all-around lover of life’s little joys, like good coffee, great conversations, and yes, a cheeky glass of rosé!
But let’s keep it real—my journey to health wasn’t always filled with balance and good vibes. I faced an eating disorder early on, and it taught me how tough it can be to find peace with food and your body. But that struggle also showed me what true strength looks like. I came out the other side stronger, happier, and more in love with life than ever before. And now? I’m all about helping you find that same kind of joy and balance in your own life.
With over 10 years of experience and a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition, I’ve helped countless women just like you learn to eat with freedom, move with joy, and live without the constant cloud of self-criticism hanging overhead. I know what it feels like to juggle motherhood, work, and self-care (and sometimes, it’s just about grabbing a moment for yourself with a smile and a little dance in the kitchen!).
So, here’s the deal: I’m here to be your wellness cheerleader. To help you ditch the diets, drop the guilt, and embrace a way of living that feels good and makes you feel good. I’m passionate about sports, from swinging a golf club to smashing a padel ball, and I’m a proud owner of a feisty Icelandic horse named Örn who keeps me on my toes (literally and figuratively). And just like I’ve learned to balance all the wild and wonderful things in my life, I want to help you do the same.
